Vietnam Era 173rd Airborne Regiment Boonie Cap Hat
Item: VN1771

Original 1969 dated OD green boonie cap.  Has been embroidered on the brim, crown has a theater made 173rd patch sewn in place.  Standard issue CIB and senior jump wing with combat jump star sewn to front/back.  There are 8 grenade rings attached to the foliage band.  Size is 6 3/4.  Hat is named to Jim Davis, dated 1970 who was in Bong Son and Dak-To.
